Bringing the Web of Love into the World

If you are ready to powerfully transform your life, consider taking the Web of Love into your every day world. You might start your day upon awakening and end your day before sleeping with the above exercise. As you start your work, or whenever you feel stressed, take a minute to stop and deeply breathe in the ever present sacred love of the web and of everyone around you. Then on the exhale, fully breathe your sacred love out to all. You can do it with your eyes open or closed.

Silently breathe the web while waiting at a traffic stoplight, with the checker at the store, or as you pass someone on the street. As you do this, realize that literally thousands of people around the world are joining you in breathing sacred love. Invite that beautiful collective love to flow deep into your being. Each time you open to this heart connection, you strengthen the love both in yourself and in our world. This simple exercise can be done in less than a minute, yet as you practice it more, don't be surprised if you find your life transforming in big ways.

Our Deepest Fear

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.
Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.

That most frightens us.

You are a child of God.

Your playing small
Does not serve the world.
There's nothing enlightened about shrinking
So that other people won't feel insecure around you.

We are all meant to shine,
As children do.
We were born to make manifest
The glory of God that is within us.

It's not just in some of us;
It's in everyone.

And as we let our own light shine,
We unconsciously give other people permission to do the same.
As we're liberated from our own fear,
Our presence automatically liberates others.

प्रेम- मिलन

मुझे उस लम्हे का इंतेज़ार है,
जब तू मेरे पास होगी
मेरा सर तेरी बाँहों मे होगा ,और
तेरी जुल्फे मेरे गालो को सहलायेंगी ..

तेरे नरम-नरम हाथ ,
जब मेरे हाथों मैं होंगे ,
उस वक़्त समां रंगीन और ,
साँसे मदहोश होगी ..

और जब मैं तुझे अपनी
और खिचूँगा तो तू ,
पहले मुस्कुराएगी फिर मेरी
जान लेकर शरमाएगी ….

उस समय तो चाँद भी
तुझे देख जल जायेगा ,
जब प्यार की मदहोशी पुरे
माहौल मैं छा जायेगी

उस वक़्त रात भी घनेरी होगी
ठंडी हवाएँ तेज़ी से चलेंगी ,
तब मेरे कंपकपाते को
तू ही सहारा देगी …

जब तेरी जुल्फों को
तेरे कन्धों से हटाऊंगा ,
तो मेरे हाथ के छुवन से
तू मचल जायेगी ……

तेरे महरूम रंग के सूट
को जब हलके से छूऊंगा तो ,
शरम के मारे तू
मुझ से लिपट जाएगी ..

तेरे शरीर की गरमाहट
मुझे खामोश कर देगी ,
और तेरी बाहों की कसमसाहट
मुझे तेरे आगोश मे भर देगी …….

तू भी पहले मेरे
कमर को सहलाएगी और ,
फिर अपने होठो को मेरे
पास लाकर कान काट जायेगी ….

फिर मैं तेरे होठो को अपने
होठो से यूँ मिलाऊंगा की,
तेरे लबों के पानी को
अपने होठों से पी जाऊंगा ….

तारों की चमक से तेरा
चेहरा यूँ रोशन होगा ,
की तेरे चेहरे के नूर से
चाँदनी भी शरमा जायेगी

रात के आगोश में कुछ
यूँ खो जायेंगे की ,
कभी न भाने वाली रात
आज रास आएगी …

इस हसीन लम्हे को
यूँ यादगार बनादुँगा की ,
आगे जाके सब भूल भी जाऊं ,
तो भी ये रात याद आएगी

और इस प्रीत भरी रात
की प्रेम धारा में ,
सदा निरंतर हमारी ही
प्रेम की नदी बहेगी

दिल कहता है ऐ रात कभी
न ख़त्म होना ,
तेरे मेरे प्रेम की प्रीत सदा
यु ही चलेगी …..
